Chef Karla is a master chef with over 25 years of experience in fine dining is dedicated to preserving ancient traditions through the Slow Food philosophy, emphasizing local ingredients and careful preparation. After honing her skills in the French Alps, she returned to her native Mexico with a passion for delving into the often-overlooked culinary culture of the Mayan civilization. Chef Karla serves as the executive chef at our resort and infuses her unique point of view into each of her incredible dishes.
